The driver of the leased vehicle must meet the following requirements:- 21 years of age.- Valid driver’s license, type B issued for at least 36 months.Payment of the estimated rental amount, additional accessories and/or surcharges, as well as any charges for damages resulting from accidents to the rented vehicle must be guaranteed, at the time of rental, by at least one Credit Card, except for customers holding Credit Documents issued by “Magis Rent” (vouchers or Full Credit cards). A deposit is required to be paid according to the chosen rate.This deposit will be returned upon return of the vehicle, subject to the charge of the amount due as consideration or otherwise in accordance with the provisions of the contract documents.
