The driver of the leased vehicle must meet the following requirements: – At least 21 years of age. – Valid driver’s license, type B, issued at least 36 months ago. Payment of the estimated rental amount, accessories and/or additional supplements, as well as any charges for damages resulting from accidents to the rented vehicle must be guaranteed, at the time of rental, by at least one Credit Card, except for customers holding Credit Documents issued by “Magis Rent” (vouchers or Full Credit cards). A deposit is required based on the chosen rate. This deposit will be returned upon return of the vehicle, subject to the charging of what is due as consideration or for other reasons in accordance with the provisions of the contractual documentation.
